On July 6th at 9:51 a.m. our handsome Landon Roger Mast surprised us all and joined us at 35 weeks old. Sweet boy weighed 5lbs. 0.8oz. and was 19 1/2” long. He has been working through a few late-term preemie hurdles and is a tough guy, getting stronger each day! Today actually marks 14 days, two whole weeks since he was born. He surely would welcome your love and prayers. I might blog about his birth story at some point in more detail. It’s been a journey thus far in the NICU, but he’s doing so much better and we are SO glad.
We are forever grateful for the opportunity to have our third little babe, our grand finale, in our lives. We love our Landon!
The crinkled up expression! Be still my heart.
At the very beginning of our NICU journey, one of the nurses told me not to forget to take pictures along the way because we’d regret it if we didn’t. Each week I try to get my camera out and shoot a few shots.
The best daddy.
